Learning platforms

Course architecture, enrolment, learning activities, completion tracking and administrator handover.

A structured learner journey, a branded learning space, scoped tracking, and a handover your administrators can run.

Drone4HER published an online training course as a consortium result. EMMA includes development of a project learning environment, which is still in progress.

Content authoring, translation, licences, hosting and long-term platform care are scoped separately. This is not a packaged LMS product and not a claim that Telewander delivered every Drone4HER or EMMA output alone.

Web applications and digital tools

Requirements, prototype, responsive application, acceptance testing, documentation and handover.

Possible solutions include a participant portal, a learning dashboard, a workflow tool or an API-connected web application — each defined in a written scope.

These are proposed delivery capabilities for a clearly bounded engagement. They are not listed here as completed commercial case studies.

Integrations, data handling, operating costs and support are agreed before implementation. Unbuilt software is not presented as an available product.

AI literacy and training

Needs assessment, research-oriented exercises, verification practices and responsible-use learning.

A short needs assessment, live or blended sessions, reusable worksheets and an agreed follow-up. Group size and language are specified in the proposal.

Telewander delivered APRISE’s “AI Skills & Generative AI Training” for affiliated project participants in September 2026. That course was not open to the public.

Training helps people assess and use AI in their work. It is not an AI platform, a research-output guarantee, or overall scientific coordination of APRISE.

Technical implementation planning

Requirements, milestones, integration needs, testing and maintenance responsibilities.

A written contribution description: what Telewander will produce, what others provide, when testing happens, and who maintains the result.

This is the planning method used when joining a work package or a paid technical service. It is how scope is made inspectable for a coordinator.

Telewander does not claim overall consortium coordination experience. Fit depends on the call, the work package and available capacity.

Consortium participation

Join a Horizon Europe, Erasmus+ or related proposal or project as a Danish SME technology partner, subject to call fit, a clearly scoped work package, and available capacity. This is a partnership discussion, not an automatic eligibility confirmation.

Commercial technical services

Buy a defined piece of work — training, a learning platform or a web application — on a proposal and contract. This route is for organisations using their own budget, including cases where project rules allow a separately scoped supplier.

What can Telewander contribute to a consortium?

A scoped digital contribution: learning platforms, web applications, AI-literacy training, or technical implementation planning. We describe deliverables, interfaces and maintenance responsibilities in writing. We do not offer ourselves as a coordinator for the whole consortium on the basis of these projects.

When should a coordinator involve Telewander?

Early enough to shape a realistic work package — typically while the concept, digital needs and partner roles are still being written. After a project has started, we can still discuss a bounded commercial or subcontracted task where the grant arrangements allow it. Programme names on this page explain relevance; they are not a claim of eligibility for every Horizon Europe or Erasmus+ call.

How is scope agreed?

Share the call or programme reference, the problem, the intended users, the deadline and the contribution you have in mind. We assess fit and capacity, then reply with a role description or a commercial proposal. Work starts after that scope is agreed. Capacity is limited; a conversation is not a reserved place in a consortium.

What information should we send?

Organisation name, a contact, the call or programme if known, submission deadline, project stage, the contribution you need, and any constraints on data, language or hosting. Budget can wait until there is a draft role. Do not send confidential proposal text that you are not willing to email.

How does consortium participation differ from buying a service?

Consortium participation is a partner role inside a funded (or proposed) European project. It depends on call fit, the consortium’s allocation of work, and Telewander’s capacity. Purchasing a service is a separate commercial contract with its own deliverables and price, used when an organisation has its own budget. The two are not interchangeable, even when the technical work looks similar.
