PROJECT PURPOSE
EU-DIGICIT connects digital literacy, artificial intelligence and European values through a multidisciplinary Jean Monnet Module at Universidad Nacional de Loja in Ecuador. It explores the European approach to digital governance and supports learning through workshops, international online collaboration and community engagement.
