Vozario privacy policy

Vozario is an Android application from Telewander ApS. It records or imports audio, applies voice effects, and shares the result as audio or video. This policy covers com.telewander.vozario, versionName 1.0.1.

Audio and projects

Recording and effects run on the phone. The reviewed version does not send the recording, imported audio or project to Telewander ApS servers during that processing.

You can record with the microphone or import an audio file. The app stores on the device the source audio, the chosen range, the effect settings, a voice name if you type one, and the audio or video files it exports. If you add an image to the video, that image is stored with the project as well. An effect icon is not a photograph of a person.

The app applies effects to sound. It does not identify a person from the voice and it does not train a model on the recordings.

Saving a voice on the phone is processing of personal data, even though Telewander ApS does not receive the file.

Permissions

The app manifest declares the microphone and Internet. The merged release manifest also includes, from the Google Play Billing library, the billing permission and network-state permission.

The microphone is used to record. You can refuse it: importing audio remains available. You can remove the permission in Android settings. The app can open those settings.

Importing audio uses the system file picker. Choosing an image for the video uses the system photo picker. Saving an export uses the document picker. Those actions do not add a broad storage or gallery permission.

The Internet permission is not used to upload audio. In this version it lets the Google Play Billing library communicate with Google Play. Opening this policy in a browser does not add recording data to the address.

A file leaves the phone only when you share it or save it. Sharing opens the Android sheet and hands the file to the app you choose. Saving writes the file where you indicate. The recipient handles that file under its own terms.

“Delete this take” removes that project’s source audio inside the app. “Delete all recordings” removes takes and exports stored in the app. Neither action deletes a copy you have already sent or saved elsewhere.

Purchases

The reviewed version includes Google Play Billing and a product id in code named vozario_pro_lifetime. Google Play handles the payment. The app does not receive the card number.

In the reviewed code, the purchase-verification address is empty. This version therefore does not start a purchase and does not send Telewander ApS the purchase token, the product id or an installation identifier. The library can still ask Google Play whether a purchase already exists. A Play purchase, if there were one, would not turn audio processing into cloud processing.

Support

This version does not open a support form inside the app. If you write to contact@telewander.com, your address and message reach Telewander ApS through the email service you use. That correspondence is separate from the audio stored in Vozario.

Purposes

Audio and the project are used to record, apply effects, preview and create the file you ask for. The pickers import, choose an image, and save or share only when you ask. Google Play Billing is used to check purchase status with Play. Email, if you send it, is used to reply. A visit to this page can create a technical hosting log.

The Android microphone permission is not consent for all of those purposes. Email and a visit to this page follow the website privacy notice. This policy does not add another legal basis.

Retention and deletion

Audio and projects stay on the device until you delete them. You can delete one take or delete all recordings in the app. Clearing the app’s storage, or uninstalling it, removes the files of that installation.

It does not remove a file you have already exported, shared or saved somewhere else. Android automatic backup is off, and the backup and transfer rules exclude the database, preferences, files and app root. That does not delete a copy made another way.

Telewander ApS does not receive the recordings in this version, so it cannot delete them remotely and it does not set a retention period for that audio on its servers. It also does not set a number of days for email you choose to send. The website privacy notice does not set that period.

Providers and transfers

Google Play Billing communicates with Google Play about purchase status. It does not receive the app’s audio. This policy page is hosted on AWS Amplify. If you send email, your email provider is involved. If you share a file, the app you choose is involved.

This version does not include an advertising or analytics SDK. Google Play and AWS Amplify may process data outside the European Union. This page does not describe an international-transfer mechanism.

Security

Audio is stored in the app’s private storage. Cleartext network traffic is disabled. The app does not add its own database encryption. The system limits other apps’ access to that storage. This is not a promise of absolute security.

Rights

Where the audio is only on the phone, access and deletion happen on the device, or by exporting the file yourself. Telewander ApS cannot retrieve a recording it has not received.

For information Telewander ApS receives if you write to contact@telewander.com, or in the technical logs of this page, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it. Microphone permission is withdrawn in Android settings. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency. The website notice explains that practice and does not replace this policy.

Children

This version does not ask for an age, does not check who is using the phone, and does not create an account. It does not state an age limit.

This website

This page is the Telewander ApS website, not the app. Visiting it can create technical request data at AWS Amplify. The site does not use marketing cookies or analytics scripts. The text can be read without accepting optional cookies and without signing in.

The website privacy notice describes the site’s forms and requests. It does not describe Vozario recordings.

Changes

This policy is updated when the processing changes. The date at the top is the date of this text. It does not change on every visit or every site build. The reviewed version does not send an automatic notice: the current text is the text on this page.
